Du 5 au 8 juin 2026 à la Cité des Chefs d’État de Bangui, le 1er Séminaire Gouvernemental de la 7e République s’est achevé sous la présidence du Premier ministre, Chef du Gouvernement, Félix MOLOUA.
Bilan de 4 jours intenses :
1. Évaluation de l’action publique
2. Alignement sur la vision du Président Faustin Archange TOUADERA : stabilisation et transformation
3. Engagement des partenaires : UE, MINUSCA, PNUD, FIDA, AFD, South Bridge…
4. Leçons : Dr Donald Kaberuka nous a rappelé que le Gouvernement doit fonctionner comme un orchestre symphonique
Moment fort de la clôture :
Le Rapporteur Général du Présidium, M. Ernest MADA, Ministre chargé du Secrétariat Général du Gouvernement, a lu le rapport global.
Puis, motion spéciale des membres du Gouvernement : remerciements au Président TOUADERA pour l’autorisation, au PM Félix Moloua pour sa confiance et la conduite des débats, au Corps diplomatique et aux PTF pour leur appui constant.
« Ces 4 journées doivent nous permettre de mieux faire notre travail pour le bien-être des Centrafricains. Sous réserve, chaque ministre doit élaborer un plan pour traduire les recommandations en actions concrètes. Il faut passer d’une logique de réflexion à une logique de réalité. La 7e République exige l’obligation de résultats et de rigueur ».
Fini les discours. Place au travail et aux actes qui changent la vie des populations.

The curtains have fallen!
From June 5 to 8, 2026, at the Cité des Chefs d’État in Bangui, the 1st Government Seminar of the 7th Republic concluded under the chairmanship of Prime Minister and Head of Government Félix MOLOUA.
Summary of four intense days:
1. Assessment of public policy
2. Alignment with President Faustin Archange TOUADERA’s vision: stabilization and transformation
3. Engagement of partners: EU, MINUSCA, UNDP, IFAD, AFD, South Bridge…
4. Lessons: Dr. Donald Kaberuka reminded us that the Government must function like a symphony orchestra
Highlight of the closing ceremony:
The General Rapporteur of the Presidium, Mr. Ernest MADA, Minister in charge of the General Secretariat of the Government, read the comprehensive report.
Then, a special motion from members of the Government: thanks to President TOUADERA for authorizing the holding of this seminar, to Prime Minister Félix Moloua for his trust and for leading the discussions, and to the Diplomatic Corps and the Technical Assistance Teams (PTFs) for their constant support.
“These four days should enable us to do our work better for the well-being of the Central African people. Subject to approval, each minister must develop a plan to translate the 94 recommendations resulting from this meeting into concrete actions. We must move from a mindset of reflection to one of reality. The 7th Republic demands a commitment to results and rigor.”
Enough talk. It’s time to get to work and take action that changes people’s lives.
