Poursuivant sa volonté de promouvoir le patriotisme au sein de l’administration publique, le Premier ministre, Chef du Gouvernement, Monsieur Félix MOLOUA, a pris part ce lundi matin à la cérémonie de levée des couleurs au Ministère de la Justice, Garde des Sceaux.
À son arrivée, il a été accueilli par le Ministre d’État chargé de la Justice, Garde des Sceaux, Dr Arnaud DJOUBAYE ABAZENE, avant d’être installé face au mât du drapeau national.
Un détachement des Forces de Défense et de Sécurité a exécuté le cérémonial avec majesté. Drapeau hissé, hymne national entonné, l’instant a rappelé à tous la symbolique des couleurs de la République.
« Le Gouvernement de la stabilisation et de la transformation »
Une fois l’étendard de la patrie au sommet, le Chef du Gouvernement a pris la parole devant les magistrats, fonctionnaires et agents du département. Il a salué leur présence et rappelé le bien-fondé de raviver le patriotisme au cœur de toute l’administration.
« Le gouvernement que je dirige est un gouvernement de stabilisation et de transformation, conformément à la vision du Président de la République, Chef de l’État, Son Excellence Professeur Faustin Archange TOUADERA. À cet effet, des actes concrets doivent être posés pour permettre au Centrafricain lambda de sentir la transformation. Il est hors de question que le département de la Justice reste en dehors de cet élan », a-t-il déclaré.
Le Premier ministre a ensuite exhorté tous les agents de l’État à se mettre résolument au travail :
« Nous ne devons pas nous permettre de faire douter nos compatriotes. Nous devons travailler dur afin de redonner espoir à la population ».
Cette cérémonie hebdomadaire s’inscrit dans la dynamique impulsée par la Primature pour restaurer l’autorité de l’État, le sens du devoir et la fierté nationale au sein des services publics.

FLAG-RAISING CEREMONY: PRIME MINISTER FÉLIX MOLOUA CALLS ON JUDGES AND CIVIL SERVANTS TO EMBRACE PATRIOTISM
Continuing his efforts to promote patriotism within the public administration, the Prime Minister and Head of Government, Mr. Félix MOLOUA, took part this Monday morning in the flag-raising ceremony at the Ministry of Justice, Keeper of the Seals.
Upon his arrival, he was greeted by the Minister of State for Justice, Keeper of the Seals, Dr. Arnaud DJOUBAYE ABAZENE, before taking his place in front of the national flagpole.
A detachment of the Defense and Security Forces performed the ceremony with dignity. With the flag raised and the national anthem sung, the moment served as a reminder to all of the symbolism of the Republic’s colors.
“The Government of Stabilization and Transformation”
Once the national flag was at the top of the mast, the Head of Government addressed the magistrates, civil servants, and departmental staff. He welcomed their presence and emphasized the importance of rekindling patriotism at the heart of the entire administration.
“The government I lead is a government of stabilization and transformation, in accordance with the vision of the President of the Republic, Head of State, His Excellency Professor Faustin Archange TOUADERA. To this end, concrete actions must be taken to enable the average Central African to feel the transformation.
“There is no question of the Department of Justice remaining on the sidelines of this effort,” he said.
The Prime Minister then urged all government officials to get down to work with determination:
“We cannot afford to give our fellow citizens cause for doubt. We must work hard to restore hope to the people.”
This weekly ceremony is part of the initiative launched by the Prime Minister’s Office to restore state authority, a sense of duty, and national pride within the public service.
