Les 7 et 8 novembre 2025, la ville de Damara a accueilli la dernière session de l’atelier de renforcement des capacités destiné aux directeurs des ressources humaines des ministères centrafricains. Plus de 30 participants ont finalisé le programme, ouvrant la voie à une mise en œuvre concrète des réformes RH.
En effet, dans le cadre du Plan national de développement (PND 2024-2028) et de la réforme de la fonction publique, le ministère de la Fonction publique a lancé un programme de modernisation RH.
L’objectif de cette atelier Était de doter les participants à la maîtrise du nouveau Système d’information des ressources humaines, le renforcement des compétences en gestion prévisionnelle des effectifs, le recrutement et formation.
Les travaux se sont déroulés sous la direction du présidium conduit par l’ancien Ministre et Conseiller à la Présidence en matière de l’Administration M. YANGANA YAOTE. Plusieurs thématiques ont été débattues.
« Cet atelier a changé ma façon de gérer les recrutements ; je dispose désormais d’un tableau de bord qui me permet de suivre les besoins en temps réel » a lâché la Directrice RH, du Ministère de la Promotion de la jeunesse, des sports et de l’éducation civique Mme EGOUMA TOVOU.
Le Chargé de mission des ODD, prospective 20250 à la Primature coordonnateur du secrétariat te technique et chage de la mise en oeuvre de la stratégie nationale de la restauration de l’autorité de l’état sur l’enselble du territoire ( RESA), M Leon Baïkoua a signifié que cet atelier de Damara marque la première étape concrète d’une transformation RH durable en RCA. La dynamique enclenchée devra être soutenue par une coordination interministérielle renforcée et un financement adéquat, mais les bases sont désormais posées.
DAMARA : SUCCESSFUL CLOSING OFTJE HUMANRESOURCES CAPACITY BUILDING G WORKSHOP
on 7 and 8 November 2025, the City of Damara has hosted the last session of the Capacity Building Workshop for the Directors of Human Resources of Ministries Central Africans. More than 30 participants finalized the program, paving the way for a concrete implementation of HR reforms. Indeed, as part of the National Development Plan (NDP 2024-2028) and public service reform, the Ministry of Public Service launched an HR modernization program. The objective of this workshop was to provide participants with the control of the new human resources information system, the strengthening of projected management skills, recruitment and training. The work took place under the direction of the Presidium leads by the former Minister and advise the Presidency on the administration Mr. Yangana Yanote. Several themes have been debited. « This workshop has changed my way of managing recruitments; I now have a dashboard that allows me to track real-time needs, « said the HR director, the Ministry of Youth Promotion, Sports and Civic Education Ms. Egouma Tovou.
