Le Chef du Gouvernement a présidé ce matinà son Cabinet une importante réunion de travail. Objectif : faire le point sur l’état d’avancement du Projet Corridor 13 et lever les derniers verrous avant la phase de finition.

Accélérer la mise en œuvre du Projet Corridor 13. C’est l’objectif de la rencontre de haut niveau tenue ce matin au Cabinet du Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement, M. Félix MOLOUA.

Ont pris part à cette séance de travail : les partenaires techniques et financiers, le Ministre d’État en charge de l’Équipement et des Travaux Publics, M. Arthur Bertrand PIRI, ainsi que les entreprises chargées de l’exécution et du contrôle du projet.

Au cœur des échanges : l’évaluation point par point des différentes phases d’exécution du CD13. Ce projet intégrateur sous-régional d’envergure reliera Pointe-Noire – Brazzaville – Bangui – N’Djamena.

Le Premier Ministre a insisté sur le caractère stratégique de ce corridor pour le désenclavement de la RCA, la facilitation du commerce et la création d’emplois. Il a instruit les acteurs à faire preuve de célérité, de transparence et de rigueur dans l’exécution.

Au-delà de la route, la réunion a également porté sur les projets connexes prévus dans le cadre du CD13. Il s’agit notamment de la construction d’infrastructures scolaires, sanitaires et économiques le long du corridor. Des réalisations qui visent à maximiser l’impact du projet sur les populations riveraines.

Les partenaires financiers ont réaffirmé leur engagement à accompagner le Gouvernement. Les entreprises, de leur côté, ont rassuré sur leur capacité à accélérer les travaux , conformément au calendrier.

Pour le Chef du Gouvernement, le CD13 est un pilier du Plan National de Développement et de la vision de transformation du pays.

Avec cette réunion, le Gouvernement marque une étape décisive. Le compte à rebours pour la finalisation du Corridor 13 est officiellement lancé.

CD13: PRIME MINISTER FELIX MOLOUA ASSESSES THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT

The Head of Government presided over an important working meeting this morning in his office. The objective was to take stock of the progress of the Corridor 13 Project and remove the final obstacles before the completion phase.

Accelerating the implementation of the Corridor 13 Project was the objective of the high-level meeting held this morning at the office of Prime Minister Félix Moloua, Head of Government.

Participants in this working session included technical and financial partners, the Minister of State for Infrastructure and Public Works, Mr. Arthur Bertrand PIRI, as well as the companies responsible for executing and overseeing the project.

At the heart of the discussions was a point-by-point assessment of the various implementation phases of CD13. This large-scale, subregional integration project will connect Pointe-Noire, Brazzaville, Bangui, and N’Djamena.

The Prime Minister emphasized the strategic importance of this corridor for opening up the Central African Republic, facilitating trade, and creating jobs. He instructed the stakeholders to act with speed, transparency, and rigor in the project’s implementation.

Beyond the road itself, the meeting also addressed the related projects planned as part of CD13. These include the construction of educational, health, and economic infrastructure along the corridor—projects designed to maximize the project’s impact on local communities.

The financial partners reaffirmed their commitment to supporting the government. The companies, for their part, gave assurances regarding their ability to accelerate the work in accordance with the schedule.

For the Head of Government, CD13 is a pillar of the National Development Plan and the vision for the country’s transformation.

With this meeting, the government has reached a decisive milestone. The countdown to the completion of Corridor 13 has officially begun.
