La journée de travail du Premier Ministre de ce jour lundi 10 Août 2026 a été très bien chargée par les activités. Tour à tour, le Chef du Gouvernement a présidé la cérémonie de levée des couleurs au ministère de la promotion du genre avant de présider la réunion de haut niveau relative à la planification de la transition MINUSCA -GOUVERNEMENT.
Tout a débuté ce matin sur l’esplanade du ministère de la promotion du genre où étaient rassemblés les fonctionnaires et agents de l’État autour de Mme Marthe KIRIMAT, Cheffe du département pour honorer l’emblème de la République Centrafricaine. L’invité d’honneur à cette cérémonie a été le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement monsieur Félix MOLOUA qui est venu prendre part à la cérémonie patriotique baptisée « Lundi Patriotique. »
Une fois l’étendard de la patrie hissé au mât, la Renaissance a été chanté avec fierté et vivacité.
Après quoi, le Premier Ministre a pris la parole pour encourager les fonctionnaires et agents de l’État à travailler davantage afin de transformer la République Centrafricaine en une terre où coulent le lait et le miel.
Ensuite, le Chef du Gouvernement a présidé la réunion de haut niveau du comité interministériel chargé de la planification de la transition MINUSCA -GOUVERNEMENT dans la salle de conférence de la Cité des Chefs d’État de la CEMAC à Bangui.
Une cérémonie qui a vu la participation de la représentante spéciale du secrétaire général de l’ONU en Centrafrique Mme Valentine RUGWABIZA ainsi que de nombreux membres du gouvernement. Quelques membres du corps diplomatique accrédités en Centrafrique et qui représentent les membres permanents du Conseil de Sécurité de l’ONU ont également pris part à la cérémonie.
La planification de la transition a été instruire par le Conseil de Sécurité de l’ONU dans sa résolution 2800 de 2025 . Il s’agit de planifier le transfert aux autorités centrafricaines de certaines tâches régaliennes exercées pour le moment par la MINUSCA.
Un comité technique mixte a été mis en place par le Premier Ministre par arrêté. Il a travaillé pour élaborer la matrice des tâches qui sont transférables immédiatement à court terme, celles qui le sont moyennant un appui de la mission à moyen terme et celles qui le seront à la fin de la mission.
La réunion de haut niveau de ce jour a permis au comité technique mixte de présenter le rapport de son travail au comité interministériel chargé de la planification de la transition. Un travail qui a été accepté.
Pour le Chef du Gouvernement,la réunion de ce jour est « la Preuve tangible que la RCA est en marche, s’est relevée des périodes de crise et est en voie sur la voie de prendre son envol… »
Il sied de noter qu’après la réunion de haut niveau de ce jour, le secrétaire général de l’ONU présentera le 15 Septembre prochain au Conseil de Sécurité de l’organisation des nations unies son rapport sur l’évolution de la situation en Centrafrique.

A VERY BUSY WORKDAY FOR THE PRIME MINISTER
The Prime Minister’s workday today, Monday, August 10, 2026, was very full of activities. The Head of Government presided over the flag-raising ceremony at the Ministry of Gender Promotion before chairing the high-level meeting on planning the transition from MINUSCA to the government.
It all began this morning on the esplanade of the Ministry of Gender Promotion, where civil servants and government officials gathered around Ms. Marthe KIRIMAT, Head of the Department, to honor the flag of the Central African Republic. The guest of honor at this ceremony was Prime Minister and Head of Government Mr. Félix MOLOUA, who came to take part in the patriotic ceremony known as “Patriotic Monday.”
Once the national flag was raised on the flagpole, the national anthem, “La Renaissance,” was sung with pride and vigor.
Afterward, the Prime Minister addressed the gathering, encouraging civil servants and government employees to work harder to transform the Central African Republic into a land flowing with milk and honey.
Subsequently, the Head of Government presided over the high-level meeting of the interministerial committee responsible for planning the transition between MINUSCA and the government in the conference room of the CEMAC Heads of State Complex in Bangui.
The ceremony was attended by the UN Secretary-General’s Special Representative in the Central African Republic, Ms. Valentine RUGWABIZA, as well as numerous government officials. Several members of the diplomatic corps accredited to the Central African Republic, representing the permanent members of the UN Security Council, also took part in the ceremony.
The UN Security Council mandated the planning of the transition in its Resolution 2800 of 2025. The goal is to plan the transfer to Central African authorities of certain sovereign functions currently carried out by MINUSCA.
A joint technical committee was established by the Prime Minister through an executive order. It worked to develop a matrix identifying tasks that can be transferred immediately in the short term, those that can be transferred with support from the mission in the medium term, and those that will be transferred at the end of the mission.
Today’s high-level meeting allowed the joint technical committee to present its report to the interministerial committee responsible for planning the transition. The report was accepted.
For the Head of Government, today’s meeting is “tangible proof that the CAR is moving forward, has recovered from periods of crisis, and is on the path to taking off…”
It should be noted that following today’s high-level meeting, the UN Secretary-General will present his report on developments in the Central African Republic to the United Nations Security Council on September 15.
