LE PREMIER MINISTRE REÇOIT UNE DÉLÉGATION DE LA BANQUE MONDIALE POUR DÉBATTRE DU SYSTÈME DE SANTÉ DU PAYS.

Le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement monsieur Félix MOLOUA a reçu en audience ce jour 7 Août une délégation de la direction de la santé de la région Afrique du Centre et de l’Ouest de la Banque mondiale en mission à Bangui depuis plus d’une semaine.

La délégation était dirigée par le représentant résident de la Banque en Centrafrique monsieur Guido RURWANGA.

Le Chef du Gouvernement était assisté du ministre de la santé publique et de la population Dr Pierre SOMSE et de quelques membres de son cabinet.

Les échanges ont porté sur le système de santé de la République Centrafricaine pour lequel un projet à l’initiative du Président de la République, Chef de l’État Son Excellence Pr Faustin Archange TOUADERA, est en voie d’être préparé pour être soumis au conseil d’administration de l’institution financière internationale. La RCA recherche le financement de ce projet auprès de la Banque.

Pendant plus d’une semaine, la délégation a échangé avec les cadres du ministère de la santé pour faire le tour du dossier.

Il est important de rappeler que la Banque Mondiale finance déjà plusieurs projets en République Centrafricaine parmi lesquels les projets Seni et Seni+.

PRIME MINISTER MEETS WITH WORLD BANK DELEGATION TO DISCUSS THE COUNTRY’S HEALTH CARE SYSTEM.

Prime Minister and Head of Government Félix MOLOUA received a delegation today, August 7, from the World Bank’s Central and West Africa Health Department, which has been on a mission in Bangui for over a week.

The delegation was led by the Bank’s Resident Representative in the Central African Republic, Mr. Guido RURWANGA.

The Head of Government was accompanied by the Minister of Public Health and Population, Dr. Pierre SOMSE, and several members of his cabinet.

Discussions focused on the Central African Republic’s health system, for which a project—initiated by the President of the Republic and Head of State, His Excellency Prof. Faustin Archange TOUADERA—is currently being prepared for submission to the board of directors of the international financial institution. The CAR is seeking funding for this project from the Bank.

For over a week, the delegation held discussions with officials from the Ministry of Health to review the details of the project.

It is important to note that the World Bank is already financing several projects in the Central African Republic, including the Seni and Seni+ projects.
