Le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement monsieur Félix MOLOUA a accordé une audience en mi-journée à Mme Zahira VIRANI, représentante résidente du Programme des Nations Unies pour le Développement PNUD qui était accompagnée de monsieur Dominique MALO, Chef d’équipe du programme de stabilisation.

‎Les échanges entre le Chef du Gouvernement et ses hôtes ont porté sur le partenariat RCA-PNUD. Ce partenariat qui a bien fonctionné avant les dernières élections générales de 2025 , était plus ou moins centré sur le programme de stabilisation.

‎A travers ce programme de stabilisation, plusieurs édifices publics ont été réhabilités à travers tout le territoire centrafricain et l’accompagnement des populations vulnérables à travers les activités génératrices de revenus a permis aux bénéficiaires de sortir de la zone de vulnérabilité.

‎Avec l’investiture du 1er Président de la 7eme République, lequel prône la politique de la transformation du gouvernement et le discours du Chef du Gouvernement le 1er Juillet dernier devant la représentation nationale, l’heure est venue de changer de fusil d’épaule. Le programme de stabilisation du PNUD cède la place au programme de transformation.

‎Pour la représentante résidente, le PNUD est une agence de développement qui travaille avec le gouvernement en suivant la vision de ce celui-ci. De nombreux projets seront mis en exécution dans ce cadre.

‎Il est important de souligner que la diplomate onusienne est ressortie satisfaite des échanges avec le Premier Ministre et déterminée à appuyer là République Centrafricaine sur la voie de sa transformation.

‎UNDP ALIGNS ITSELF WITH THE GOVERNMENT’S VISION OF STABILIZATION AND TRANSFORMATION

‎Prime Minister and Head of Government Félix MOLOUA held a midday meeting with Mrs. Zahira VIRANI, Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), who was accompanied by Mr. Dominique MALO, Team Leader of the stabilization program.

‎

‎Discussions between the Head of Government and his guests focused on the CAR-UNDP partnership. This partnership, which functioned well prior to the last general elections in 2025, was largely centered on the stabilization program.

‎Through this stabilization program, several public buildings were rehabilitated throughout the Central African Republic, and support for vulnerable populations through income-generating activities enabled beneficiaries to escape vulnerability.

‎With the inauguration of the first President of the 7th Republic—who advocates a policy of government transformation—and the Head of Government’s address to the National Assembly on July 1, the time has come to change course. The UNDP’s stabilization program is giving way to the transformation program.

‎According to the Resident Representative, the UNDP is a development agency that works with the government in line with the government’s vision. Numerous projects will be implemented within this framework.

‎It is important to note that the UN diplomat was pleased with her discussions with the Prime Minister and determined to support the Central African Republic on its path to transformation.
