Les travaux du premier Séminaire Gouvernemental de la 7e République se sont ouverts ce jour à la Cité des Chefs d’État, sous la présidence effective de Son Excellence Monsieur Félix MOLOUA, Premier ministre, Chef du Gouvernement.
Réunissant pour trois jours l’ensemble des membres du Gouvernement, les experts des départements ministériels, les partenaires techniques et financiers ainsi que des personnes ressources, ces assises visent à poser les bases d’une action publique plus cohérente et plus efficace.
« Évaluer pour mieux transformer »
Dans son discours d’ouverture, le Chef du Gouvernement a rappelé l’importance de ces assises. Il a insisté sur la participation active de chaque participant et a souligné que cette rencontre offre l’occasion d’évaluer les actions collectives menées depuis l’avènement de la 7e République, afin de les réorienter vers la transformation prônée par le Président de la République, Chef de l’État, Professeur Faustin Archange TOUADERA.
« Nous sommes réunis pour faire le point, corriger les insuffisances et aligner nos efforts sur l’intérêt supérieur des populations. Le temps est à la rigueur et aux résultats », a déclaré le Premier ministre.
Objectifs et thématiques au cœur des débats
Les objectifs majeurs de ce séminaire sont triples : renforcer la cohésion gouvernementale, améliorer la gestion de l’État et accélérer la mise en œuvre des politiques publiques dans l’intérêt des Centrafricains.
Plusieurs thématiques prioritaires ont été inscrites à l’ordre du jour : la sécurité, le capital humain, les infrastructures résilientes et la croissance économique.
D’entrée de jeu, le Ministre de l’Économie, du Plan et de la Coopération Internationale, M. Marc MANDABA, a présenté une communication détaillée sur le Plan National de Développement. Cette présentation a été suivie d’un débat approfondi sur les contraintes liées à la mobilisation des ressources et aux difficultés d’exécution des projets.
Au terme des échanges, les participants ont formulé plusieurs recommandations visant à lever les blocages et à améliorer le taux de réalisation des projets inscrits au PND.
Ce séminaire de trois jours se poursuivra jusqu’à dimanche avec des ateliers thématiques avant l’adoption d’une feuille de route gouvernementale.

FIRST GOVERNMENT SEMINAR OF THE 7TH REPUBLIC: THE GOVERNMENT Holds a Seminar to Accelerate Transformation
The proceedings of the first Government Seminar of the 7th Republic opened today at the Cité des Chefs d’État, under the chairmanship of His Excellency Mr. Félix MOLOUA, Prime Minister and Head of Government.
Bringing together all members of the Government, experts from ministerial departments, technical and financial partners, and resource persons for three days, this meeting aims to lay the groundwork for more coherent and effective public action.
“Evaluate to Better Transform”
In his opening remarks, the Head of Government reiterated the importance of this meeting. He emphasized the active participation of each attendee and noted that this meeting offers an opportunity to evaluate the collective actions undertaken since the advent of the 7th Republic, in order to realign them with the transformation advocated by the President of the Republic and Head of State, Professor Faustin Archange TOUADERA.
“We are gathered here to take stock, address shortcomings, and align our efforts with the best interests of the people. The time has come for rigor and results,” declared the Prime Minister.
Objectives and themes at the heart of the discussions
This seminar has three main objectives: to strengthen government cohesion, improve public administration, and accelerate the implementation of public policies in the interest of the Central African people.
Several priority topics were included on the agenda: security, human capital, resilient infrastructure, and economic growth.
From the outset, the Minister of Economy, Planning, and International Cooperation, Mr. Marc MANDABA, delivered a detailed presentation on the National Development Plan. This presentation was followed by an in-depth discussion on the constraints related to resource mobilization and the difficulties in project implementation.
At the conclusion of the discussions, participants formulated several recommendations aimed at removing obstacles and improving the implementation rate of projects included in the NDP.
This three-day seminar will continue through Sunday with thematic workshops before the adoption of a government roadmap.
