JOURNEE DE TRAVAIL REMPLIE DE RENCONTRES AVEC LES PARTENAIRES TECHNIQUES ET FINANCIERS.

Le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement Félix MOLOUA, après avoir présidé la réunion de cabinet de l’institution dont il a la charge, a consacré une partie de sa journée de travail à des rencontres avec les partenaires techniques et financiers de la RCA: UNICEF, MINUSCA et l’ambassade américaine en Centrafrique.

‎La première audience a permis au Chef du Gouvernement de recevoir monsieur Félix AKEBOT, représentant du fonds des nations unies pour l’enfance en abrégé UNICEF. Ce dernier est venu féliciter le Premier Ministre pour sa reconduction et échanger sur la transformation des systèmes de santé, de l’éducation afin de développer un capital humain centrafricain capable de prendre part à ce vaste chantier de transformation.

‎La seconde audience a donné l’occasion à monsieur MOLOUA de rencontrer pour la première fois le nouveau expert indépendant sur la situation des Droits de l’homme en Centrafrique monsieur Aristide NONONSI. L’expert onusien , après avoir été reçu par le Président de la République, Chef de l’Etat Son Excellence PR Faustin Archange TOUADERA, est venu présenter ses civilités au Chef du Gouvernement et prendre des orientations de la part des autorités. Il s’est réjoui de l’amélioration positive de la situation des Droits de l’homme en Centrafrique même si des défis demeurent encore.

‎La dernière audience du jour a été celle accordée par le Premier Ministre au Chargé d’affaires par intérim de l’ambassade américaine en Centrafrique monsieur Benjamin HESPRICH. Les relations bilatérales entre la République Centrafricaine et les États-Unis ont fait l’objet des discussions de ces deux personnalités. Les questions de diplomatie commerciale ont occupé la plus grande partie des échanges.

‎Depuis la réélection du Président de la République, de nombreux investisseurs s’intéressent au marché centrafricain et utilisent les canaux officiels pour venir explorer les opportunités d’affaires.

‎Il est important de souligner qu’après sa reconduction dans les fonctions de Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement, monsieur MOLOUA ne ménage aucun effort pour mener sa mission qui est celle de la transformation en actes concrets de la vision politique du Président de la République. Les différentes rencontres de ce jour avec les partenaires techniques et financiers témoignent bien de cette détermination.

‎A BUSY DAY OF MEETINGS WITH TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL PARTNERS.

‎Prime Minister and Head of Government Félix MOLOUA, after presiding over the cabinet meeting of the institution he leads, devoted part of his workday to meetings with the CAR’s technical and financial partners: UNICEF, MINUSCA, and the U.S. Embassy in the Central African Republic.

‎The first meeting allowed the Head of Government to receive Mr. Félix AKEBOT, representative of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF). Mr. AKEBOT came to congratulate the Prime Minister on his reappointment and to discuss the transformation of the health and education systems in order to develop Central African human capital capable of participating in this vast transformation effort.

‎The second meeting provided an opportunity for Mr. MOLOUA to meet for the first time with the new Independent Expert on the human rights situation in the Central African Republic, Mr. Aristide NONONSI. The UN expert, after being received by the President of the Republic and Head of State, His Excellency Faustin Archange Touadéra, came to pay his respects to the Head of Government and receive guidance from the authorities. He welcomed the positive improvement in the human rights situation in the Central African Republic, even though challenges remain.

‎The last meeting of the day was between the Prime Minister and the Acting Chargé d’Affaires of the U.S. Embassy in the Central African Republic, Mr. Benjamin HESPRICH. The two officials discussed bilateral relations between the Central African Republic and the United States. Trade diplomacy issues dominated the majority of their discussions.

‎Since the re-election of the President of the Republic, many investors have shown interest in the Central African market and are using official channels to explore business opportunities.

‎It is important to note that following his reappointment as Prime Minister and Head of Government, Mr. MOLOUA is sparing no effort to carry out his mission, which is to translate the President’s political vision into concrete action. Today’s various meetings with technical and financial partners clearly demonstrate this determination.
