LA LEVÉE DES COULEURS ET LA RÉUNION DE CABINET DE LA PRIMATURE DE CE 18 MAI 2026

Après son installation dans ses fonctions par l’inspecteur général d’État par intérim monsieur Gilbert Didier MOUSSALABE, le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement monsieur Félix MOLOUA a successivement présidé la cérémonie de levée des couleurs et la traditionnelle réunion de cabinet de l’institution dont il a la charge.

‎Le cérémonial de la montée des 5 couleurs de l’étendard de la patrie centrafricaine a été exécuté avec brio par le détachement des forces de défense et de sécurité assignés à la sécurité du site de la Primature. La Renaissance, l’hymne national de la République Centrafricaine, a tonné avec vivacité.

‎Après quoi, le Chef du Gouvernement nouvellement reconduit par le Président de la République et installé par l’inspection générale d’État, a reçu les félicitations de tous ses collaborateurs par la voix du Pr Alexis N’DUI YABELA, ministre directeur de cabinet du Premier Ministre.

‎Monsieur Félix MOLOUA a ensuite présidé la réunion hebdomadaire de l’institution.

‎Cette première rencontre a été l’occasion pour le Premier Ministre de rappeler les principes qui guideront sa mission de mise en exécution de la vision politique du Président de la République, Chef de l’Etat Son Excellence Pr Faustin Archange TOUADERA. Le travail assidu est le premier des principes. Les attentes de la population sont nombreuses. « Nous devons apporter un changement dans la vie de nos concitoyens qui ont massivement voté le Président TOUADERA lors des élections du mois de Décembre dernier… » a t-il martelé avant d’aborder la question de l’assiduité, ponctualité au travail et l’amour de la patrie.

‎Le Chef du Gouvernement a saisi l’opportunité pour donner les premières instructions à ses collaborateurs concernant la préparation de son discours politique qui doit être faite bien avant les 60 jours que requiert la constitution.

‎Il s’en suivra l’organisation d’un séminaire gouvernemental qui donnera l’occasion au Premier Ministre de donner les grandes directives aux nouveaux membres du gouvernement. Des lettres de mission suivront et seront évaluées annuellement . » Nos compatriotes nous regardent et nous ne devons pas les décevoir… » a conclu monsieur MOLOUA.

‎L’heure n’est plus au jeu. La Primature doit travailler pour apporter des solutions aux problèmes de la République Centrafricaine dans la traduction en des actes concrets de la vision de transformation du pays comme l’a promis le Président TOUADERA lors de son discours d’investiture.

‎ THE FLAG-RAISING CEREMONY AND CABINET MEETING AT THE PRIME MINISTER’S OFFICE ON MAY 18, 2026

‎After being sworn into office by Acting Inspector General of State Mr. Gilbert Didier MOUSSALABE, Prime Minister and Head of Government Mr. Félix MOLOUA presided over the flag-raising ceremony and the traditional cabinet meeting of the institution under his charge.

‎The ceremony for raising the five colors of the Central African Republic’s national flag was executed with distinction by the detachment of defense and security forces assigned to secure the Prime Minister’s Office compound. “La Renaissance,” the national anthem of the Central African Republic, resounded with vigor.

‎

‎Following this, the Head of Government—recently reappointed by the President of the Republic and sworn in by the General Inspectorate of State—received congratulations from all his staff, conveyed by Prof. Alexis N’DUI YABELA, Minister and Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister.

‎Mr. Félix MOLOUA then presided over the institution’s weekly meeting.

‎

‎This first meeting provided an opportunity for the Prime Minister to reiterate the principles that will guide his mission to implement the political vision of the President of the Republic and Head of State, His Excellency Prof. Faustin Archange TOUADERA. Diligent work is the first of these principles. The expectations of the population are numerous. “We must bring about change in the lives of our fellow citizens, who voted overwhelmingly for President Touadéra in last December’s elections…” he emphasized before addressing the issues of attendance, punctuality at work, and love of country.

‎The Head of Government took the opportunity to give initial instructions to his staff regarding the preparation of his policy address, which must be completed well in advance of the 60-day deadline required by the Constitution.

‎This will be followed by the organization of a government seminar, which will provide the Prime Minister with the opportunity to issue broad guidelines to the new members of the government. Letters of assignment will follow and will be evaluated annually. “Our fellow citizens are watching us, and we must not disappoint them…” concluded Mr. MOLOUA.

‎The time for games is over. The Prime Minister’s Office must work to provide solutions to the problems of the Central African Republic by translating the vision for the country’s transformation into concrete actions, as President TOUADERA promised during his inaugural address.
