ONASPORT FIN DE TURBULENCE

L’une des grandes salles du Complexe 20 000 places a servi de cadre à la cérémonie d’installation solennelle des membres du Conseil d’Administration de l’Office National de Gestion des Infrastructures Sportives (ONASPORT).

‎La cérémonie a été présidée par le Ministre chargé de la Promotion des Sports, de la Jeunesse et de l’Éducation civique, M. Héritier Doneng, assisté du Ministre Contrôleur général du secteur parapublic, M. Roméo Gribingui.

‎Depuis plusieurs mois, l’ONASPORT traversait une période de turbulence suite à la suspension du Directeur général, M. Hervé Séverin Lindamon. Cette décision avait suscité de nombreuses réactions et conduit à la mise en place d’un comité provisoire pour assurer la gestion de l’office.

‎

‎Suite aux instructions des plus hautes autorités et conformément à la décision de justice y relative, un Conseil d’Administration a été mis en place et entériné par décret présidentiel. Il est composé de trois membres.

‎Le Ministre Contrôleur général du secteur parapublic, M. Roméo Gribingui, qui a procédé à l’installation du Conseil d’Administration, a rappelé dans son mot de circonstance les dispositions de la loi 20.004 portant missions et organisation des entreprises et établissements publics.

‎

‎Il a insisté sur le rôle clé du Conseil d’Administration dans la relance de l’ONASPORT : garantir la bonne gouvernance, veiller à l’entretien et à la valorisation des infrastructures sportives nationales, et accompagner la politique du gouvernement en matière de promotion du sport.

‎

‎Cette cérémonie marque également la réinstallation de M. Hervé Séverin Lindamon à la tête de l’ONASPORT. Son retour intervient après la levée de sa suspension, ouvrant ainsi une nouvelle page pour l’office.

‎Dans son allocution, le Ministre Héritier Doneng a appelé les membres du Conseil d’Administration et la direction générale à travailler en synergie pour redynamiser les infrastructures sportives, au service de la jeunesse et du rayonnement de la RCA sur la scène sportive régionale.

‎Avec cette installation solennelle, l’ONASPORT entend tourner la page des crises internes et se concentrer sur ses missions : réhabiliter les stades, assurer la maintenance des équipements et offrir aux sportifs centrafricains des conditions optimales d’entraînement et de compétition.

‎‎ONASPORT: AN END TO THE TURBULENCE

‎

‎‎One of the main halls of the 20,000-seat Complex served as the venue for the formal inauguration ceremony for the members of the Board of Directors of the National Office for the Management of Sports Infrastructure (ONASPORT).

‎

‎

‎The ceremony was presided over by the Minister for the Promotion of Sports, Youth, and Civic Education, Mr. Héritier Doneng, assisted by the Minister and Comptroller General of the Parapublic Sector, Mr. Roméo Gribingui.

‎

‎For several months, ONASPORT had been going through a period of turmoil following the suspension of its Director General, Mr. Hervé Séverin Lindamon. This decision had sparked numerous reactions and led to the establishment of a provisional committee to manage the agency.

‎‎

‎Following instructions from the highest authorities and in accordance with the relevant court decision, a Board of Directors was established and ratified by presidential decree. It is composed of three members.

‎

‎The Minister and Comptroller General of the Parapublic Sector, Mr. Roméo Gribingui, who presided over the installation of the Board of Directors, recalled in his remarks the provisions of Law 20.004 regarding the board’s missions and organization.

‎‎

‎He emphasized the key role of the Board of Directors in revitalizing ONASPORT: ensuring good governance, overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of national sports facilities, and supporting the government’s policy on promoting sports.

‎

‎This ceremony also marks the reinstatement of Mr. Hervé Séverin Lindamon as head of ONASPORT. His return comes after the lifting of his suspension, thus opening a new chapter for the agency.

‎In his address, Minister Héritier Doneng called on the members of the Board of Directors and the general management to work in synergy to revitalize sports infrastructure, serving the youth and enhancing the Central African Republic’s standing on the regional sports scene.

‎

‎With this formal inauguration, ONASPORT intends to put internal crises behind it and focus on its core missions: rehabilitating stadiums, maintaining equipment, and providing Central African athletes with optimal training and competition conditions.
