Le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement monsieur Félix MOLOUA poursuit les échanges avec les partenaires techniques et financiers multilatéraux du pays sur la mise en œuvre du Plan National de Développement PND 2024-2028. A cet effet, il a accordé deux audiences ce 27 Janvier 2026 au nouveau représentant pays de la Banque Africaine de Développement BAD et au représentant spécial adjoint du secrétaire général de l’onu en Centrafrique.
Ayant récemment pris ses fonctions de représentant de la BAD en Centrafrique monsieur Mamadou COULIBALY a été la première personnalité à être reçue en audience par le Chef du Gouvernement. Les deux personnalités ont tout d’abord échangé les vœux de nouvel an avant d’aborder les questions relatives au portefeuille de la Banque en Centrafrique et l’engagement de celle-ci pour la réalisation du Plan National de Développement.
À sa sortie d’audience, monsieur COULIBALY a exprimé la joie de se retrouver en Centrafrique, son nouveau poste, l’engagement de son organisation à soutenir le PND et à poursuivre la mise en œuvre des nombreux projets déjà en cours d’exécution, entre autre le Corridor 13.
La deuxième personnalité à venir au cabinet du Premier Ministre a été monsieur Mohamed AG AYOYA, représentant spécial adjoint du secrétaire général de l’onu en Centrafrique, coordinateur du système des nations unies dans le pays.
Pour cette première rencontre de l’année, monsieur MOLOUA et son hôte ont échangé sur la tenue réussie des 4 scrutins groupés du 28 Décembre dernier, ce que le diplomate onusien a apprécié et félicité. Les démarches menées par le coordinateur du système des nations unies dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du PND ont été aussi au menu de la rencontre. Monsieur AG AYOYA vient de rentrer de Genève où il a eu à mener des plaidoyers pour la République Centrafricaine afin que les promesses faites à Casablanca soient traduites en actions concrètes pour le bien de la population Centrafricaine.
Il convient de rappeler que c’est depuis le début de l’année 2026 que le Premier Ministre échange avec presque tous les partenaires techniques et financiers multilatéraux du pays sur le Programme National de Développement, un document clé pour relancer la RCA sur le chemin du développement. Toute chose qui relève de la vision politique du Président de la République, Chef de l’Etat Son Excellence Pr Faustin Archange que le Premier Ministre est appelé à conduire afin de la traduire en actes concrets.

DISCUSSIONS ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN CONTINUE AT THE PRIME MINISTER’S OFFICE
The Prime Minister, Head of Government, Mr. Félix MOLOUA, is continuing discussions with the country’s multilateral technical and financial partners on the implementation of the National Development Plan (PND) 2024-2028. To this end, on January 27, 2026, he granted two audiences to the new country representative of the African Development Bank (AfDB) and the Deputy Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General in the Central African Republic.
Having recently taken up his duties as AfDB representative in the Central African Republic, Mr. Mamadou COULIBALY was the first dignitary to be received in audience by the Head of Government. The two dignitaries first exchanged New Year’s greetings before addressing issues related to the Bank’s portfolio in the Central African Republic and its commitment to the implementation of the National Development Plan.
After the meeting, Mr. COULIBALY expressed his delight at being in the Central African Republic, his new post, and his organization’s commitment to supporting the NDP and continuing the implementation of the many projects already underway, including Corridor 13.
The second dignitary to visit the Prime Minister’s office was Mr. Mohamed AG AYOYA, Deputy Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General in the Central African Republic and Coordinator of the United Nations system in the country.
During this first meeting of the year, Mr. MOLOUA and his host discussed the successful holding of the four elections on December 28, which the UN diplomat appreciated and congratulated. The steps taken by the UN coordinator in the implementation of the PND were also on the agenda. Mr. AG AYOYA has just returned from Geneva, where he advocated on behalf of the Central African Republic so that the promises made in Casablanca would be translated into concrete actions for the benefit of the Central African people.
It should be noted that since the beginning of 2026, the Prime Minister has been in discussions with almost all of the country’s multilateral technical and financial partners on the National Development Program, a key document for putting the CAR back on the path to development. All of this is part of the political vision of the President of the Republic, Head of State His Excellency Prof. Faustin Archange, which the Prime Minister is called upon to lead in order to translate it into concrete action.
