JOURNÉE DE TRAVAIL BIEN REMPLIE DU PREMIER MINISTRE

3 grandes activités ont été au calendrier du Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement de ce 15 Octobre 2025 : deux audiences accordées aux personnalités nationales et internationale et la participation à la célébration de la journée mondiale du Tourisme en différé en Centrafrique.

Le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement monsieur Félix MOLOUA a accordé la première audience du jour aux présidents de 3 grandes institutions républicaines impliquées dans le processus électoral. Il s’agit des Présidents du Conseil Constitutionnel monsieur Pierre WABOE, du Haut Conseil de Communication monsieur José Richard POUAMBI, et de la haute autorité chargée de la Bonne Gouvernance Dr Eugéne DEMBA. Ces derniers étaient venus présenter les difficultés de fonctionnement que rencontrent les institutions en question.

Le Premier Ministre a rassuré ses interlocuteurs sur la disponibilité du gouvernement à corriger à ces dysfonctionnements.

Ensuite, le Chef du Gouvernement a accueilli le directeur régional Afrique de la Fédération Internationale de la Croix-Rouge monsieur Charles MBEETA BUSINGE en visite de travail à Bangui. Ce dernier a exprimé sa satisfaction au Premier Ministre de voir le partenariat gouvernement Centrafricain et la Croix-Rouge fonctionner.

En fin de la matinée, le Premier Ministre a assisté à la cérémonie de la célébration de la journée mondiale du Tourisme sur l’esplanade du ministère des arts, de la culture et du tourisme. La journée mondiale du Tourisme est célébrée le 27 Septembre de chaque année. La République Centrafricaine célèbre cette journée en différé à cause d’un conflit d’agenda.

Le thème retenu pour cette année est » tourisme et la transformation durable. »

Au cours de la célébration, le Premier Ministre a remis le prix du meilleur photographe à monsieur Rodrigue Alban Molenguela qui a remporté le prix du jeu concours qui a été lancé cette année.

Il est important de noter que le tourisme, en plus d’être une opportunité de visiter le patrimoine animalier, hôtelier du pays, est une niche de ressources financières pour les caisses de l’Etat et des communautés. La promotion de ce secteur d’activité mettra à coup sûr la lumière sur la République Centrafricaine qui a retrouvé la paix, mais également permettra au pays d’engranger assez de ressources de ressources financières.

A BUSY DAY FOR THE PRIME MINISTER

Three major events were on the agenda for the Prime Minister, Head of Government, on October 15, 2025: two audiences with national and international figures and participation in the delayed celebration of World Tourism Day in the Central African Republic.

The Prime Minister, Head of Government, Mr. Félix MOLOUA, granted the first audience of the day to the presidents of three major republican institutions involved in the electoral process. These were the President of the Constitutional Council, Mr. Pierre WABOE, the President of the High Council for Communication, Mr. Jean Richard POUAMBI, and the President of the High Authority for Good Governance, Dr. Eugène DEMBA. They had come to present the operational difficulties encountered by the institutions in question.

The Prime Minister reassured his interlocutors of the government’s willingness to correct these dysfunctions.

The Head of Government then welcomed the Regional Director for Africa of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, Mr. Charles MBEETA BUSINGE, on a working visit to Bangui. Mr. MBEETA BUSINGE expressed his satisfaction to the Prime Minister at seeing the partnership between the Central African government and the Red Cross working well.

At the end of the morning, the Prime Minister attended the ceremony celebrating World Tourism Day on the esplanade of the Ministry of Arts, Culture, and Tourism. World Tourism Day is celebrated on September 27 each year. The Central African Republic celebrates this day at a later date due to a scheduling conflict.

The theme chosen for this year is “tourism and sustainable transformation.”

During the celebration, the Prime Minister presented the award for best photographer to Mr. Rodrigue Alban Molenguela, who won the contest launched this year.

It is important to note that tourism, in addition to being an opportunity to visit the country’s animal and hotel heritage, is a niche source of financial resources for the state and communities. The promotion of this sector will undoubtedly shine a light on the Central African Republic, which has regained peace, but will also enable the country to accumulate sufficient financial resources.
