Deux principales activités ont meublé la matinée du Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement de ce 13 Octobre 2025: La réunion de cabinet de la Primature et l’audience accordée à la Coordinatrice adjointe des secours d’urgence du bureau de l’OCHA.
Le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement monsieur Félix MOLOUA a présidé la traditionnelle réunion du cabinet de l’institution dont il a la charge. Deux grands points ont constitué l’essentiel de l’ordre du jour: la communication du Premier Ministre et le compte-rendu de la précédente réunion du cabinet.
Après quoi, le Premier Ministre a reçu en audience Mme Joyce MSUYA, sous-secrétaire générale aux affaires humanitaires, Coordinatrice adjointe des secours d’urgence du bureau de la coordination des affaires humanitaires (OCHA.) Elle a été introduite auprès du Chef du Gouvernement par monsieur Mohamed AG AYOYA, Coordonnateur humanitaire en Centrafrique, Représentant Spécial adjoint du secrétaire général des nations unies en Centrafrique.
Mme MSUYA a remercié au nom de tous les acteurs humanitaires mondiaux la RCA pour son hospitalité à l’endroit des demandeurs d’asile venus du Soudan et du Tchad, exprimé son admiration pour l’amélioration des conditions de sécurité en Centrafrique, ce qui permet de rapatrier les Centrafricains réfugiés dans les pays voisins, et le retour des personnes déplacées internes. Toute chose qui ouvre la voie à une nouvelle ère pour les réfugiés et les retournés internes. Ceux-ci doivent désormais prendre part au développement.
Lors de son séjour en Centrafrique, la coordinatrice adjointe se rendra à Zemio et Birao pour aller toucher du doigt la réalité des demandeurs d’asile qui ont trouvé refuge sur le territoire Centrafricain. Par ailleurs elle a annoncé l’octroi de $ 5 millions pour aider les réfugiés de Zemio et $ 3 millions pour ceux de Birao.
Il est important de souligner qu’avec la venue de Mme MSUYA à Bangui, la République Centrafricaine se fait toujours parler d’elle positivement et n’est plus seule avec les réfugiés qui ont trouvé asile sur son territoire.

THE ACTIVITIES OF THE PRIME MINISTER ON OCTOBER 13, 2025
Two main activities filled the morning of the Prime Minister, Head of Government, on October 13, 2025: the cabinet meeting at the Prime Minister’s Office and the audience granted to the Deputy Emergency Relief Coordinator of the OCHA office.
The Prime Minister, Head of Government, Mr. Félix MOLOUA, chaired the traditional cabinet meeting of the institution for which he is responsible. Two main items were on the agenda: the Prime Minister’s statement and the minutes of the previous cabinet meeting.
Afterwards, the Prime Minister received Mrs. Joyce MSUYA, Assistant Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Deputy Emergency Relief Coordinator of the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA). She was introduced to the Head of Government by Mr. Mohamed AG AYOYA, Humanitarian Coordinator in the Central African Republic and Deputy Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General in the Central African Republic.
Mrs. MSUYA thanked the CAR on behalf of all global humanitarian actors for its hospitality towards asylum seekers from Sudan and Chad, expressing her admiration for the improvement in security conditions in the Central African Republic, which is enabling the repatriation of Central African refugees in neighboring countries and the return of internally displaced persons. They must now take part in developpement
During her stay in the Central African Republic, the deputy coordinator will visit Zemio and Birao to see firsthand the reality of asylum seekers who have found refuge in the Central African Republic. She also announced the allocation of $5 million to help refugees in Zemio and $3 million for those in Birao.
It is important to note that with Mrs. MSUYA’s visit to Bangui, the Central African Republic continues to be viewed positively and is no longer alone in supporting refugees who have found asylum on its territory.
