Le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement monsieur Félix MOLOUA a assisté ce jour dans la salle d’audience de la cour de cassation à la cérémonie de prestation de serment de nombreux magistrats nommés le 1er Juillet 2025 placée sous la très haute autorité du Président de la République, Chef de l’Etat, Son Excellence Pr Faustin Archange TOUADERA.

Il s’agit des magistrats qui ont été nommés à la cour de cassation, au conseil d’Etat et à la cour des comptes. Nombre de ces magistrats sont de jeunes Centrafricains qui ont accepté de se mettre au service de la justice centrafricaine, nantis du pouvoir de dire le droit et de rendre justice conformément à la loi. Le personnel de la justice centrafricaine connait une augmentation de son effectif.

SWEARING-IN CEREMONY AT THE COUR DE CASSATION, THE CONSEIL D’ETAT AND THE COUR DES COMPTES

The Prime Minister, Head of Government, Mr. Félix MOLOUA, today attended the swearing-in ceremony of a number of magistrates appointed on July 1, 2025 in the courtroom of the Cour de Cassation, under the very high authority of the President of the Republic, Head of State, His Excellency Pr Faustin Archange TOUADERA.

These magistrates have been appointed to the Cour de Cassation, the Conseil d’Etat and the Cour des Comptes. Many of these magistrates are young Central Africans who have agreed to place themselves at the service of Central African justice, endowed with the power to speak the law and dispense justice in accordance with the law.

The number of justice personnel in the Central African Republic is increasing.
