En fin de mission en terre centrafricaine, l’unité de la police rwandaise chargée d’aider à sécuriser le cortège du Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement monsieur Félix MOLOUA, a reçu des mains de ce dernier dans le hall de la Primature, en ce jour du 14 Juillet, un certificat de satisfecit. Ceci pour le très bon et excellent travail accompli durant 13 mois de présence dans l’équipe de l’escorte du Chef du Gouvernement.

Prenant la parole à cette occasion, le Premier Ministre a salué le travail opiniâtre réalisé aux côtés des éléments de sa sécurité par l’unité de la police rwandaise. Elle l’a toujours accompagné dans tous ses déplacements. C’est pourquoi pour son retour au Rwanda, il lui a souhaité un bon voyage et a émis le vœu que les éléments de l’unité deviennent les ambassadeurs de la République Centrafricaine qui se reconstruit partout où ils seront.

Il faut souligner que dans la cadre de la Mission multidimensionnelle intégrée des nations unies pour la stabilisation de la République Centrafricaine, une unité de la police rwandaise est désignée pour aider à la sécurisation de certaines autorités du pays parmi lesquelles le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement.

THE PRIME MINISTER PRESENTS A CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL TO THE RWANDAN POLICE CONTINGENT UNIT RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS SECURITY.

At the conclusion of its mission in the Central African Republic, the Rwandan police unit tasked with helping to secure the motorcade of Prime Minister Félix MOLOUA, Head of Government, received a certificate of commendation from him in the lobby of the Prime Minister’s Office on July 14. This recognition was given for the outstanding work they performed during their 13-month deployment as part of the Head of Government’s escort team.

Speaking on this occasion, the Prime Minister praised the tenacious work carried out by the Rwandan police unit alongside his own security detail. The unit had consistently accompanied him on all his travels. That is why, upon their return to Rwanda, he wished them a safe journey and expressed the hope that the members of the unit would become ambassadors for the Central African Republic—a nation in the process of rebuilding itself—wherever they may go.

It should be noted that, as part of the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic, a Rwandan police unit has been assigned to help ensure the security of certain national officials, including the Prime Minister, who is the Head of Government.
