‎Le Premier ministre, Chef du Gouvernement, Monsieur Félix MOLOUA, a pris part ce [jour samedi à l’opération citoyenne « Kwa Ti Kodro » au rond-point ENERCA de Gobongo, dans le 4e arrondissement de Bangui.

‎Il était accompagné de quelques membres du Gouvernement.

‎Descendu sur le terrain, balai et râteau en main, le Chef du Gouvernement a donné l’exemple aux populations venues massivement assainir leur quartier. Une manière de réaffirmer le caractère participatif de cette initiative nationale d’assainissement et de salubrité publique.

‎S’adressant aux habitants de Gobongo et des quartiers environnants, le Premier ministre a livré un message fort :

‎ »Je suis venu vous dire de continuer cette activité. Le développement d’un pays concerne tout le monde. Ce n’est pas seulement l’affaire du Gouvernement. Chaque citoyen, chaque quartier, chaque arrondissement a sa part à jouer pour avoir une ville propre », a martelé Félix MOLOUA.

‎Le Chef du Gouvernement a rappelé que l’opération « Kwa Ti Kodro » tient particulièrement à cœur au Président de la République, Chef de l’Etat, Son Excellence le Professeur Faustin Archange TOUADERA.

‎Initié pour rendre à Bangui son visage propre et digne, « Kwa Ti Kodro » se veut un rendez-vous citoyen régulier. L’objectif : inculquer la culture de la propreté, de l’entretien du cadre de vie et de la responsabilité collective.

‎La présence du Premier ministre sur ce site du 4e arrondissement traduit la volonté de l’Exécutif de s’impliquer directement et d’encourager toutes les couches sociales à s’approprier cette dynamique de salubrité pour une RCA debout.

‎OPERATION KWA TI KODRO: PRIME MINISTER FELIX MOLOUA MOBILIZES THE PEOPLE OF BANGUI AT THE ENERCA ROUNDABOUT IN GOBONGO

‎“A country’s development concerns everyone; it is not just the government’s responsibility,” declared the Head of Government.

‎Prime Minister and Head of Government Félix MOLOUA took part today [Saturday] in the “Kwa Ti Kodro” citizen initiative at the ENERCA roundabout in Gobongo, in Bangui’s 4th district.

‎He was accompanied by several members of the government.

‎Out on the ground, broom and rake in hand, the Head of Government set an example for the residents who had turned out in large numbers to clean up their neighborhood. This was a way to reaffirm the participatory nature of this national initiative for sanitation and public health.

‎Addressing the residents of Gobongo and the surrounding neighborhoods, the Prime Minister delivered a strong message:

‎“I have come to tell you to continue this effort. A country’s development concerns everyone. It is not just the government’s responsibility. Every citizen, every neighborhood, and every district has a role to play in keeping our city clean,” Félix MOLOUA emphasized.

‎The Head of Government noted that the “Kwa Ti Kodro” initiative is particularly close to the heart of the President of the Republic and Head of State, His Excellency Professor Faustin Archange TOUADERA.

‎Launched to restore Bangui’s clean and dignified image, “Kwa Ti Kodro” is intended to be a regular community event. The goal: to instill a culture of cleanliness, care for the living environment, and collective responsibility.

The Prime Minister’s presence at this site in the 4th district reflects the Executive Branch’s commitment to getting directly involved and encouraging people from all walks of life to embrace this cleanliness initiative for a thriving CAR.
