La journée de travail du Premier Ministre Chef du Gouvernement de ce lundi 20 Avril a été très chargée et bien remplie avec des activités statutaires hebdomadaires, la participation à une cérémonie et des activités partisanes.
Le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement monsieur Félix MOLOUA a débuté sa journée de travail de ce début de semaine avec la traditionnelle cérémonie de montée des couleurs de la République. Un moment patriotique qui se célèbre chaque lundi sur le perron de la Primature au cours duquel les membres du cabinet et le personnel tant civil que militaire chante à l’unisson la Renaissance avant de commencer à travailler.
Ensuite, le Chef du Gouvernement a présidé la réunion de cabinet de l’institution dont il a charge afin de communiquer directement avec ses collaborateurs. Une occasion d’échange direct au cours de laquelle des instructions sont souvent données aux différents membres du cabinet.
Le Premier Ministre a ensuite assisté dans la salle de conférence du Ledger Plaza à la célébration de la journée du Livre placée sous le très haut patronage du Président de la République, Chef de l’Etat Son Excellence Pr Faustin Archange TOUADERA.
Le 26 Avril prochain certains centrafricains se rendront aux urnes pour le compte des élections partielles législatives, régionales et municipales et pour le second tour des législatives dans certaines circonscriptions. La campagne électorale a débuté pour les partielles depuis le 11 Avril dernier et le second tour des législatives le 18 Avril.
Le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement en sa qualité de l’adjoint du directeur national de campagne du parti politique Mouvement des Coeurs Unis s’est rendu dans la 1ere circonscription du 2eme arrondissement et dans le 7eme arrondissement afin d’apporter son soutien à sa collaboratrice pour la 1ere circonscription du 2eme arrondissement Dr Marthe KIRIMAT et son frère uni Clément NDOTIZO pour le 7eme arrondissement.
Au cours de ces meetings, des ambulances ont été remises au nom du Président de la République à la population pour l’aider à réduire le taux de mortalité dû au manque de moyen de locomotion nécessaire pour le transport des malades dans des centres médicaux de référence.
La journée de travail du Premier ministre a été très chargée. Il s’acquitte de ses fonctions conformément à ce qu’avait demandé le Président de la République lors de son discours d’investiture, le 30 mars 2026, pour ce premier mandat de la VIIe République. Le temps de l’indécision est révolu.

A BUSY DAY FOR THE PRIME MINISTER
The Prime Minister and Head of Government had a very busy and full schedule on Monday, April 20, filled with weekly official duties, ceremonies, and party-related activities.
Prime Minister and Head of Government Félix MOLOUA began his workday at the start of the week with the traditional flag-raising ceremony of the Republic. This patriotic moment is celebrated every Monday on the steps of the Prime Minister’s Office, during which cabinet members and both civilian and military staff sing “La Renaissance” in unison before beginning their work.
Next, the Head of Government presided over a cabinet meeting of the institution under his charge to communicate directly with his staff. This is an opportunity for direct dialogue during which instructions are often given to the various cabinet members.
The Prime Minister then attended the celebration of Book Day in the conference room of the Ledger Plaza, held under the high patronage of the President of the Republic and Head of State, His Excellency Prof. Faustin Archange TOUADERA.
On April 26, some Central Africans will go to the polls for by-elections at the legislative, regional, and municipal levels, as well as for the second round of legislative elections in certain districts. The election campaign for the by-elections began on April 11, and for the second round of legislative elections on April 18.
The Prime Minister, Head of Government, in his capacity as deputy national campaign director of the political party Mouvement des Coeurs Unis (MCU), visited the 1st district of the 2nd arrondissement and the 7th arrondissement to lend his support to his colleague, Dr. Marthe KIRIMAT, for the 1st district of the 2nd arrondissement, and his brother-in-arms, Clément NDOTIZO, for the 7th arrondissement.
During these rallies, ambulances were handed over to the public on behalf of the President of the Republic to help reduce the mortality rate caused by the lack of transportation needed to transport patients to referral medical centers.
The Prime Minister’s workday was very busy. He is working as the President of the Republic called for during his inaugural address on March 30, 2026, for this first term of the 7th Republic. The time for procrastination is over.
