Le matériel électoral sensible nécessaire à la réussite des scrutins groupés du 28 Décembre prochain a été réceptionné ce jour à l’aéroport international Bangui M’Poko par le Président de l’Autorité Nationale des Élections ANE Dr Mathias Barthélémy MOROUBA en présence des partenaires techniques et financiers du pays en tête desquels monsieur Mohamed AG AYOYA, représentant spécial adjoint du secrétaire général de l’ONU en Centrafrique.
Tous les bulletins de vote des 4 scrutins ainsi que les procès-verbaux ont été préalablement mis en colis par bureau de vote. Ce qui doit rendre plus facile le dispatching sur toute l’étendue du territoire Centrafricain.
Aussi, convient-il de noter que ces matériels sont arrivés un jour en avance par rapport au chronogramme électoral initial. Ce qui donne assez de temps aux organisateurs pour respecter le délai de la tenue des élections.
Il est important de noter que ces différents matériels ont été commandés et acheminés en Centrafrique sur financement du Gouvernement centrafricain. Ce qui a réduit considérablement le gap des fonds à mobiliser pour la bonne organisation des élections du 28 Décembre 2025.
Le Président de l’ANE s’est rejoui de l’arrivage de ces matériels et a exhorté ses compatriotes à aller retirer les cartes d’électeur afin de ne pas rater le rendez-vous du 28 Décembre prochain. « Tout est prêt et les élections se tiendront à date » a t-il déclaré avant de serrer la main de monsieur Mohamed AG AYOYA de la MINUSCA et de la Représentante résidente du PNUD en Centrafrique.

SENSITIVE ELECTION MATERIALS ARRIVE IN THE CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC
The sensitive election materials needed for the successful conduct of the combined elections on December 28 were received today at Bangui M’Poko International Airport by the President of the National Electoral Authority (ANE), Dr. Mathias Barthélémy MOROUBA, in the presence of the country’s technical and financial partners, led by Mr. Mohamed AG AYOYA, Deputy Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General in the Central African Republic.
All the ballot papers for the four elections and the official reports have been pre-packaged by polling station. This should make it easier to distribute them throughout the Central African Republic.
It should also be noted that this material arrived one day ahead of the initial electoral timetable. This gives the organizers enough time to meet the deadline for holding the elections.
It is important to note that these various materials were ordered and shipped to the Central African Republic with funding from the Central African government. This has significantly reduced the funding gap for the proper organization of the December 28, 2025, elections.
The President of the ANE welcomed the arrival of this equipment and urged his compatriots to go and collect their voter cards so as not to miss the December 28 election. “Everything is ready and the elections will be held on schedule,” he said before shaking hands with Mr. Mohamed AG AYOYA of MINUSCA and the UNDP Resident Representative in the Central African Republic.
