La ville de Nola, Chef-lieu de la Préfecture de la Sangha-Mbaéré a accueilli ce jour une importante délégation des pluss hautes autorités du pays. Le Président de la République, Chef de l’Etat Son Excellence Pr Faustin Archange TOUADERA s’y était rendu afin de poser la 1ère pierre pour la construction du Centre Pédagogique Régional (CPR), de remettre deux ambulances au hôpitaux de Bambio et de Bayanga ainsi que des kits scolaires à certains élèves de Nola.
Le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement monsieur Félix MOLOUA était arrivé peu avant le Président dans la verdoyante ville de Nola, où la population était mobilisée pour l’événement. Nola, la belle ville du Sud-ouest Centrafricain fait frontière avec la République du Congo et le Cameroun. Une belle ville où la faune et la flore dénotent de la beauté écologique de la République Centrafricaine. Les rivières Mamberé et Kadeï se rencontrent quelque part là pour former la grande rivière Sangha, un affluent du fleuve Congo.
La ville de Nola est une ville dont le sous-sol regorge d’énormes ressources minières et dans laquelle de nombreuses scieries s’installent depuis un certain temps afin d’exploiter les espèces très diversifiées et appréciées des bois qui garnissent la forêt Équatoriale. La population de la localité très vaillante, cultive la terre et élève des porcins, du bétail, des volailles… Nola est en quelque sorte le grenier de la République Centrafricaine.
Le nouveau CPR en construction est un projet du gouvernement centrafricain qui a reçu le financement du groupe des partenaires de l’éducation et qui est exécuté à travers le Projet d’accélération des résultats en éducation (PARE.)
Pour la circonstance, le Président de la République, Chef Suprême des arts et lettres a présenté sa vision en matière d’éducation qui passe par la formation des formateurs de qualité. Car une nation qui n’a pas de bons enseignants est vouée à l’échec. D’où nécessité de construire des infrastructures pour la formation des futurs formateurs du pays. Et cette formation doit se dérouler désormais dans les régions et non seulement à Bangui.
Aussi a t-il réitéré sa volonté de recruter chaque année 1500 enseignants partant du pré-scolaire jusqu’au fondamental 2. Ce qui a pour effet de booster le taux de réussite aux examens nationaux de fin de cycle. Les résultats du bac cette année en sont un parfait exemple de cette réussite.
Le projet est prévu finir dans 6 mois.
Faisant d’une pierre deux coups, le Chef de l’Etat Centrafricain a remis deux ambulances aux centres de santé des sous-préfectures de Bambio et de Bayanga afin de faciliter le transfert vers des centres de santé plus outillés des malades. Un geste très apprécié par la population qui a donné un bain de foule digne de ce qui est réservé à un fils du pays, bâtisseur de la patrie.
Le Président a aussi remis des kits scolaires à certains dynamiques élèves de Nola qui brillent dans les études.
La Présidente par intérim de la délégation spéciale de la ville de Nola a saisi l’occasion pour rassurer le Président bâtisseur de la confiance de la population qui est prête à le soutenir. Elle n’a pas oublié de présenter certaines requêtes de sa commune au Chef Suprême des arts et des lettres qui était de passage dans sa cité : l’électrification de la ville, l’ouverture des agences des banques commerciales ainsi que la construction de la route bitumée pour permettre à cette vaillante population d’écouler ses produits agricoles. Une requête que le Pr Faustin Archange TOUADERA a jugée légitime et a instruit le Chef du Gouvernement de s’y pencher le plus tôt possible, car avec la 7ème République, il n’est pas question de laisser les dossiers être recouverts de poussière dans les armoires. L’heure est à la consolidation des acquis des 2 quinquennats afin de faire bénéficier au pays les dividendes de la paix retrouvée.
Une grande rencontre avec les frères et sœurs unis de Nola a donné l’occasion au Président de la République d’encourager ses compatriotes à se rendre dans les centres d’enrôlement pour récupérer les cartes d’électeurs indispensables pour la participation aux scrutins groupés du 28 Décembre 2025.

THE PRIME MINISTER VISITED NOLA WITH THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC ON DECEMBER 11, 2025
The city of Nola, capital of the Sangha-Mbaéré Prefecture, welcomed an important delegation of the country’s highest authorities today. The President of the Republic, Head of State His Excellency Prof. Faustin Archange TOUADERA, visited the city to lay the foundation stone for the construction of the Regional Education Center (CPR), to hand over two ambulances to the hospitals in Bambio and Bayanga, as well as school kits to some students in Nola.
The Prime Minister, Head of Government, Mr. Félix MOLOUA, arrived shortly before the President in the verdant city of Nola, where the population had gathered for the event. Nola, the beautiful city in southwestern Central African Republic, borders the Republic of Congo and Cameroon. It is a beautiful city where the flora and fauna reflect the ecological beauty of the Central African Republic. The Mamberé and Kadeï rivers meet somewhere there to form the great Sangha River, a tributary of the Congo River.
The town of Nola is a town whose subsoil is rich in enormous mineral resources and where many sawmills have been setting up for some time now in order to exploit the highly diverse and prized species of wood that grow in the equatorial forest. The town’s hard-working population cultivates the land and raises pigs, cattle, poultry, etc. Nola is, in a way, the breadbasket of the Central African Republic.
The new CPR under construction is a project of the Central African government that has received funding from the Education Partners Group and is being implemented through the Project to Accelerate Results in Education (PARE).
For the occasion, the President of the Republic, Supreme Head of Arts and Letters, presented his vision for education, which includes training high-quality teachers. For a nation without good teachers is doomed. Hence the need to build infrastructure for training the country’s future trainers. And this training must now take place in the regions and not only in Bangui.
He therefore reiterated his commitment to recruiting 1,500 teachers each year, from preschool to elementary school level. This has had the effect of boosting the pass rate in national end-of-cycle exams. This year’s baccalaureate results are a perfect example of this success.
The project is scheduled to be completed in six months.
Killing two birds with one stone, the Central African Head of State donated two ambulances to the health centers in the sub-prefectures of Bambio and Bayanga to facilitate the transfer of patients to better-equipped health centers. This gesture was greatly appreciated by the population, who gave him a hero’s welcome worthy of a son of the country and builder of the homeland.
The President also presented school kits to some of the most promising students in Nola who excel in their studies.
The interim president of the special delegation from the city of Nola took the opportunity to reassure the president, the builder of the people’s trust, that they are ready to support him. She did not forget to present certain requests from her municipality to the Supreme Chief of Arts and Letters, who was visiting her city: the electrification of the city, the opening of commercial bank branches, and the construction of a paved road to enable this valiant population to sell its agricultural products.
Professor Faustin Archange TOUADERA considered this request to be legitimate and instructed the Head of Government to look into it as soon as possible, because with the 7th Republic, there is no question of letting files gather dust in cupboards. The time has come to consolidate the achievements of the two five-year terms in order to enable the country to reap the dividends of renewed peace.
A large gathering with the united brothers and sisters of Nola gave the President of the Republic the opportunity to encourage his compatriots to go to the registration centers to collect the voter cards they need to participate in the elections on December 28, 2025.
