Le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement a consacré sa journée de travail à deux réunions qu’il a personnellement présidées et une audience accordée à la délégation de l’onu DC.
La journée de travail du Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement monsieur Félix MOLOUA a débuté avec la réunion élargie du comité stratégique d’appui au processus électoral qui a eu lieu dans la salle de conférence du Ledger Plaza à Bangui. L’état d’avancement du processus électoral, l’opérationnalisation du plan de communication et de sensibilisation sur le processus électoral, la mise en œuvre du Plan Intégré de la sécurisation des élections (PISE) et le budget ont constitué l’ordre du jour de cette importante réunion de tous les acteurs impliqués dans les préparatifs des scrutins groupés du 28 Décembre 2025.
Pour le président de l’Autorité Nationale des Élections ANE Dr Mathias MOROUBA, » le processus a déjà pris le train et est sur le point d’arriver sereinement au 28 Décembre 2025″, une manière pour éclairer la lanterne de tous les participants à la réunion que le processus évolue très bien.
Les partenaires techniques et financiers du pays ont exprimé par l’entremise du coordinateur des nations unies en Centrafrique Mohamed AG AYOYA la satisfaction de voir le travail abattu par le gouvernement qui tient à organiser les élections globales au mois de Décembre prochain afin de respecter l’échéance constitutionnelle, ont aussi réaffirmé le soutien de la communauté internationale à ce processus électoral.
Ensuite, le Chef du Gouvernement a présidé une réunion de travail relative au renforcement de la coopération entre la République Centrafricaine et le fonds international pour le développement agricole (FIDA.) La bonne exécution de certains projets financés par le FIDA encourage ce dernier à vouloir soutenir les efforts du gouvernement en finançant d’autres projets.
Enfin,le Premier Ministre a reçu en audience une délégation de l’office des nations unies qui lutte contre la drogue et les crimes afin de débattre de l’appui de cet organisme à la RCA.

BUSY WORKDAY FOR THE PRIME MINISTER, HEAD OF GOVERNMENT
The Prime Minister, Head of Government, devoted his workday to two meetings that he personally chaired and an audience granted to the UN DC delegation.
The working day of the Prime Minister, Head of Government, Mr. Félix MOLOUA, began with an extended meeting of the strategic committee supporting the electoral process, which took place in the conference room of the Ledger Plaza in Bangui. The agenda for this important meeting of all those involved in the preparations for the December 28, 2025 elections included the progress of the electoral process, the operationalization of the communication and awareness-raising plan for the electoral process, the implementation of the Integrated Election Security Plan (PISE), and the budget.
For the president of the National Electoral Authority (ANE), Dr. Mathias MOROUBA, “the process is already well underway and is on track to reach December 28, 2025, without a hitch,” a way of reassuring all participants at the meeting that the process is progressing very well.
The country’s technical and financial partners, through the United Nations Coordinator in the Central African Republic, Mohamed AG AYOYA, expressed their satisfaction with the work done by the government, which is keen to organize general elections in December in order to meet the constitutional deadline, and also reaffirmed the international community’s support for this electoral process.
The Head of Government then chaired a working meeting on strengthening cooperation between the Central African Republic and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). The successful implementation of certain IFAD-funded projects has encouraged the latter to support the government’s efforts by financing other projects.
Finally, the Prime Minister received a delegation from the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime to discuss the organization’s support for the CAR.
