En sa qualité de Président du Comité stratégique d’appui au processus électoral, le Premier ministre, Chef du Gouvernement, M. Félix Moloua, a présidé ce jour, la cérémonie de réception des matériels électoraux, constitués essentiellement des cartes d’électeurs.
Il s’agit d’une étape importante du processus qui consacre l’aboutissement des travaux de révision du fichier électoral menés grâce à d’importantes ressources financières allouées par le gouvernement en plus des contributions des partenaires
Cette cérémonie qui marque plus que jamais l’irréversibilité du processus, s’est déroulée en début d’après-midi sur le tarmac de l’aéroport Bangui M’poko en présence des partenaires bi et multilatéraux du pays ; signe du soutien de la communauté internationale à l’organisation des élections groupées du 28 décembre 2025.
Le Chef du Gouvernement M. Félix Moloua, a saisi cette opportunité pour réaffirmer le ferme engagement du gouvernement à organiser des élections libres, transparentes et inclusives. Il a également exhorté la population à se mobiliser pour le retrait de leurs cartes d’électeurs afin d’exercer leurs droits civiques le 28 décembre prochain.
La cérémonie de cet après-midi est un pas en avant vers la consolidation de la démocratie en République centrafricaine. Le gouvernement qui continue de travailler pour assurer que les élections se déroulent de manière pacifique et transparente a apporté récemment une contribution de 4,7 millions de dollars américains au Basket Fund des élections, géré par le PNUD. Cette importante contribution a permis de lancer la commande de matériels sensibles et non sensibles nécessaires à l’organisation des prochains scrutins.

RECEIPT OF Voter CARDS: AN IMPORTANT STEP IN THE ELECTORAL PROCESS HAS JUST BEEN COMPLETED
In his capacity as Chairman of the Strategic Committee to support the electoral process, the Prime Minister, Head of Government, Mr. Félix Moloua, today chaired the reception ceremony of electoral materials, consisting mainly of voter cards.
This is an important step in the process which marks the completion of the work to revise the electoral register carried out thanks to significant financial resources allocated by the government in addition to contributions from partners.
This ceremony, which marks more than ever the irreversibility of the process, took place at the beginning of the afternoon on the tarmac of Bangui M’poko airport in the presence of the country’s bi and multilateral partners; sign of the support of the international community for the organization ofgrouped elections of December 28, 2025.
The Head of Government, Mr. Félix Moloua, took this opportunity to reaffirm the government’s firm commitment to organizing free, transparent and inclusive elections. He also urged the population to mobilize for the withdrawal of their voting cards in order to exercise their civil rights on December 28.
This afternoon’s ceremony is a step forward towards the consolidation of democracy in the Central African Republic. The government, which continues to work to ensure that the elections are held in a peaceful and transparent manner, recently made a contribution of US$4.7 million to the Elections Basket Fund, managed by UNDP. This important contribution made it possible to launch the order for sensitive and non-sensitive materials necessary for the organization of the next elections.
