Parmi les activités du Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement de ce 13 Mai 2025, figurent deux audiences accordées à deux personnalités représentantes des partenaires techniques et financiers du pays : Le représentant du Fonds Monétaire International et la Représentante pays de l’ONU Femmes.

Le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement monsieur Félix MOLOUA a débuté la journée avec une audience accordée à monsieur Samba MBAYE, représentant du fonds monétaire international FMI en Centrafrique à quelques semaines du passage du dossier de la République Centrafricaine devant le conseil d’administration de l’institution financière de Bretton Woods. Les deux personnalités ont échangé sur les relations de coopération qui sont au beau fixe et qui existent entre la RCA et le FMI avant d’aborder le sujet relatif au dossier Centrafricain. A ce propos, monsieur MBAYE est très optimiste aux efforts déployés par les autorités centrafricaines afin d’améliorer les finances publiques bien quelques details restent à régler avant le 4 Juin, date des assises du conseil d’administration.

Il est ressorti très satisfait de sa rencontre avec le Chef du Gouvernement.

Ensuite, le Premier Ministre a reçu madame Rachelle Anne-Marie DJANGONE-MIAN, représentante pays de l’ONU Femmes. Cette dernière est venue féliciter les autorités centrafricaines pour les engagements en faveur de l’autonomisation de la femme et l’égalité du genre et également échanger sur la question de la participation de la femme au processus électoral en Centrafrique et l’organisation d’un dialogue de haut niveau sur la problématique de la tenue des élections apaisées qui prohibe toute violence et surtout la violence basée sur le genre.

Il est à rappeler que l’ONU Femmes soutient le processus électoral en Centrafrique en encourageant les femmes et les jeunes à se faire enrôler et également en apportant un soutien aux notables des villages et quartiers pendant la période d’enrôlement.

THE PRIME MINISTER’S AUDIENCES ON MAY 13

Among the activities of the Prime Minister, Head of Government on May 13, 2025, were two audiences granted to two personalities representing the country’s technical and financial partners: the representative of the International Monetary Fund and the Country Representative of UN Women.

The Prime Minister, Head of Government, Mr. Félix MOLOUA, began the day with an audience granted to Mr. Samba MBAYE, representative of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in the Central African Republic, a few weeks ahead of the Central African Republic’s submission to the Board of Directors of the Bretton Woods financial institution. The two personalities exchanged views on the excellent cooperative relations that exist between CAR and the IMF, before tackling the issue of the Central African Republic. In this respect, Mr. MBAYE is very optimistic about the efforts made by the Central African authorities to improve public finances, although a few details remain to be settled before June 4, the date of the Executive Board meeting. He was very satisfied with his meeting with the Head of Government.

The Prime Minister then received Madame Rachelle Anne-Marie DJANGONE-MIAN, Country Representative of UN Women. She came to congratulate the Central African authorities on their commitment to women’s empowerment and gender equality, and also to discuss the issue of women’s participation in the electoral process in the Central African Republic and the organization of a high-level dialogue on the issue of holding peaceful elections that prohibit all violence, especially gender-based violence.

It should be recalled that UN Women supports the electoral process in the Central African Republic by encouraging women and young people to register, and also by providing support to village and district notables during the registration period.
